I understand that feeling more than you know.

After almost 20 years as a Registered Nurse, caring for people has become second nature to me. I have worked in emergency, surgical and general nursing before moving into cosmetic injectables, and what all those years taught me is this. Trust is everything.

When you sit in my chair, you are not just another appointment. You are placing your confidence in my hands. Your face. Your self-esteem. That is something I will never take lightly.

Clients often tell me they feel calm the moment they walk through the door. That they can exhale. That they feel heard. Creating that kind of space was always my dream.

Aesthetic Creations was built to feel different. Clinical, but warm. Professional, but personal. A place where you can talk openly about what you see in the mirror and how you want to feel when you walk out.

My style is very natural. I am known for results that make people say, “You look amazing” without ever knowing why. I have a meticulous eye for detail, and I take a very considered approach to every treatment. For me, it’s not about changing how you look. It’s about refining, balancing and enhancing what is already there.

Confidence has always fascinated me, which is why I have also studied Life Coaching, NLP, psychosomatic therapy and make up artistry, and even hosted confidence workshops. Because how you feel on the inside matters just as much as what we do on the outside.

My journey to opening this clinic has been a personal one too. I have worked across Australia, travelled the world, and eventually followed my heart to New Zealand for love. Kaiapoi felt like home the moment I arrived and creating this space here has been incredibly special.

In 2018, I was honored to be named Runner Up in the People’s Choice Award for Registered Nurse. Not because of technical skill alone, but because of the way I care for people. That recognition meant the world to me. I also work as a CNS trainer for Galderma, mentoring and teaching other injectors throughout NZ.

When I am not in clinic, you will find me learning something new, planning my next trip, spending time with my partner, family, friends and my dog Macey. And every now and then, unwinding with a reality TV binge.

But truly, my favourite place to be is here. In clinic. Watching someone look in the mirror and smile a little wider than when they walked in.

Janelle is a New Zealand Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing and over a decade of experience in appearance medicine.

With a background in dermatology, plastic surgery and advanced aesthetics, she also holds a Diploma in Beauty Therapy & Applied Aesthetics, and the internationally recognised ITEC and CIDESCO Beauty Therapy qualifications. 

Combining clinical expertise with an artistic eye, Janelle specialises in cosmetic injectables and regenerative skin treatments, with a philosophy centred on refined, natural-looking and authentic results.
